Shipping Policy

All products that are Made-To-Order take 7-10 days for creating and processing. 

Once the product is finalized, please allow 1-5 additional days to get to you if it is being shipped.

Customers located in/around Auburn, New York have the option of local pickup.

Due to COVID19, there may be additional shipping delays that are out of our control. If you need your item by a certain date, please specify in the note section of your order or send us an email! 

All items are sent out as soon as possible. As a one woman show, depending on the demand, some items may take longer. Please check Instagram for any shipping delays + updates.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have any issues with an order, please contact us so we can see if your circumstance qualifies for a refund or replacement product(s).


Decals cannot be returned.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Apparel items may be returned but MUST have the original tag attached and cannot be worn.

For a full refund, you must return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, please send a message to our shop via email or Instagram for additional details/address.

Bags/Zip Pouches may be returned but must have their original tag attached.
